Description
Embers of the Heart is a 5-week psychospiritual immersion for a small group of individuals ready to live in, and surrender more deeply to the mysteries of the heart.
Through group and 1:1 sessions, inner exploration, and a sacred ceremonial container, we journey together through layered practices and embodied healing to enter into, clear out, and more fully inhabit the center of our being.
You will be held in a deep relational field of:
Somatic and energetic practice
Therapeutic group process
Creative and expressive work
Expanded states of awareness
Collective prayer
Personal healing and group ceremony
All held in deep connection with nature.
The Structure
Together, we co-create a strong ceremonial field that supports real transformation and connection. Over the five weeks, we’ll spend:
30+ hours in-person
10+ hours online
Ongoing connection between sessions
This includes:
5 weekly online group calls (1.5 hrs each)
2 in-person daylong workshops
1 in-person overnight ceremony
1 post-ceremony elaboration day (movement, breath, and integration)
1 closing ceremony and overnight fire celebration
2 Private 1:1 sessions with Niko (energy work + check-ins)
Group reading materials, plant guidance & access to signal channel
For those on the online-only path, we will hold two dedicated group calls in place of the in-person daylong workshops, in addition to the full cohort calls. You will also be supported in conducting your own personal ceremony at home or in your own space on the night of our shared ceremonial gathering with additional preparation and integration. We will be linked through the altar.
