Join us Sunday, June 14th from 1–5pm at Breathe Yoga in Polson, Montana
for a free, community-based ritual gathering.
We will come together in a simple, intentional format—beginning with an offering to the land. Through prayer and presence, we’ll acknowledge the ground that holds us and reorient ourselves in right relationship with place.
From there, we’ll move through somatic and energetic practices designed to open the body, clear stagnation, and awaken sensitivity. This will prepare us for a deeper breathwork journey—an inward process of listening, release, and connection with your own inner guidance.
There will be space to connect, share, and be in community throughout the afternoon. This is not just a personal process—it’s relational. A remembering that our individual healing and clarity naturally extends outward, shaping the culture we are part of. As we refine our own “medicine”—our gifts, our truth, our way of being—we begin to offer something authentic back to the world around us.
This gathering draws on a view of human development rooted in relationship with the Earth, where transformation is not separate from the land, but guided by it. Through simple, ancient practices—breath, prayer, movement, and shared presence—we step back into participation with a living world.
Optional support will be available in the form of gentle cacao and Rapé (sacred Amazonian tobacco snuff), offered with care and respect.
After the main process, we’ll share a potluck meal and time together.
