Returning to the Center: A Women's Gathering

  • @ The Inner Space Camas, WA (map)

We are so excited for Anna Grace’s first gathering here with Uniun. Women of all walks and stages of life are welcome to join us for this special gathering in the yurt in Camas, WA.

This is an invitation to gather and return to our center together.

This gathering will be a space to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and remember what is good and beautiful within us. Together, we’ll create a warm and welcoming container to breathe, reflect, move, share, witness, and nourish one another.

Throughout our time together, we’ll weave in gentle practices to help us settle, listen deeply, and reconnect with our inner clarity.

The Gathering Will Include

  • Meditation and grounding practices

  • Gentle movement

  • Song and voice

  • A reflective drawing activity

  • Deep listening and sharing

  • Shared food and conversation

No prior experience with circles or meditation is needed. Come as you are.

Shared Food

Each woman is invited to bring something simple to contribute to our shared table. A few weeks before the gathering, I’ll create a thread to help coordinate.
